How does the free trial work?
The plan fee is free for 14 days. Texts are charged from your first message, at 9c USD per SMS segment, because every text costs us to deliver. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay only for the texts you sent.
What is an SMS segment?
A segment is up to 160 characters, or 70 if your message uses emoji or curly quotes. A longer message is sent as several segments and charged as several. The portal shows the count while you write, so there are no surprises.
Do you charge per contact or per user?
No. Contacts and team members are unlimited. You pay the monthly plan and the texts you send.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, by email, including during the trial. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you are billed for the texts you have already sent.
How am I billed?
The plan is charged monthly through Stripe. Texts are billed on what you send, and your portal shows your volume so you can check it against the invoice.
Do I need anything else to make it work?
No. The WooCommerce plugin, the Stripe app and the Zapier app are free, and a KiwiTxt subscription covers them all. Zapier has its own plans if you use it.
