The customers you already have are your cheapest marketing
Most businesses are sitting on a list of people who bought once and were never contacted again. We write a short, honest text campaign to that list, send it through your KiwiTxt account, and hand the replies to your team as they come in.
Already with KiwiTxt? Open Extra Services in your portal and ask from there. We answer by text.
- Quoted before we start
- Runs in your own account
- You own the list
What happens, step by step
We look at your list
Export your customers from your store, booking system or spreadsheet. We check the numbers, remove the ones you should not text, and tell you how many are worth contacting.
We write the campaign
Usually two or three messages over a couple of weeks: an offer worth replying to, a reminder, and a last call. You approve every word before anything goes out.
We send it in batches
Sent from your KiwiTxt workspace in waves, so your team is never buried, and paused the moment you say stop.
Your team answers
Replies land in your inbox and your people take it from there. We report on replies, bookings and what it cost.
Written to get replies
Plain language, one clear offer, and a reason to answer now. No shouting, no fake urgency.
Careful with your list
We only text people who bought from you and can expect to hear from you, and every message says who it is from and how to stop.
You see the numbers
Sent, replied and what came of it, with the SMS cost alongside, so you can judge it honestly.
Database reactivation questions
What does it cost?
The campaign work is quoted for your list and goals. On top of that you pay your KiwiTxt subscription and the texts themselves, at the usual per-segment rate. We tell you the likely SMS cost before we send anything.
How big does my list need to be?
A few hundred past customers is enough to learn something. Smaller lists still work, they just make less noise.
Is it legal to text my old customers?
You need a lawful basis and their consent, which usually comes from them being your customers. We keep messages relevant, identify your business and include a way to opt out. If a list looks like cold data, we will say so and decline.
Who answers the replies?
Your team, in the KiwiTxt inbox. If you would rather we handled the first response, ask about done-for-you marketing.
Other ways we can help
Let’s talk about your list.
Create your KiwiTxt account, then ask from Extra Services in the portal. Tell us what you sell and how many past customers you have, and we will tell you honestly whether this is worth doing.
