Done-for-you marketingMonthly service

We run the texting, you run the business

Good SMS marketing is a habit, not a one-off, and habits are the first thing to go when you are busy. We take it on: a plan each month, messages written and scheduled, and a straight report on what it brought in.

Already with KiwiTxt? Open Extra Services in your portal and ask from there. We answer by text.

  • Quoted before we start
  • Runs in your own account
  • You own the list
How it works

What happens, step by step

  1. A plan for the month

We agree what is worth saying: a promotion, a seasonal reminder, a follow-up to recent customers. Usually two or three sends a month, not a flood.

  2. We write and set it up

Messages written, segments chosen, automatic follow-ups configured in your KiwiTxt account. You approve before anything sends.

  3. We watch it land

We keep an eye on delivery and replies, and fix anything that misfires.

  4. You get the numbers

A short monthly report: what was sent, what people replied, what it cost and what we would do next.

Nothing is a mystery

Everything runs in your own KiwiTxt workspace, so you can read every message and every reply yourself.

Your voice, not ours

We write the way you talk to your customers, and you sign off before a send.

Month to month

No long agreement. Stop whenever it stops being worth it, and keep the account and the history.

FAQ

Done-for-you marketing questions

What does it cost?

A monthly fee quoted on how much work you want, plus your KiwiTxt subscription and the texts you send. We agree a texting budget so the bill never surprises you.

Do I need to be on KiwiTxt already?

No. We can set the account up with you as part of getting started.

Who owns the list and the account?

You do, both. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.

Let’s talk about your list.

Create your KiwiTxt account, then ask from Extra Services in the portal. Tell us what you sell and how many past customers you have, and we will tell you honestly whether this is worth doing.
