Message templates questions
Can each connection have different wording?
Yes. Every store, payment provider and webhook has its own messages, so two shops can sound different.
What details can I include?
Names, order numbers, totals, statuses, dates, your store name and links. Custom webhooks can use any field the app sends.
Is there a length limit?
Up to 1,600 characters. Longer messages are simply charged as more SMS parts, and the editor shows the count.
