Answer every text without typing the same reply again
This one is not built yet. It is in development, and the waitlist is how you see it first.
Most inbound texts ask the same handful of things: where is my order, are you open, can I change my booking. We are building an assistant that drafts the answer from your own information and hands it to your team to send, change or ignore.
Already with KiwiTxt? Open Extra Services in your portal and ask from there. We answer by text.

How it will work
You tell it what is true
Your hours, your policies, your prices, your answers. It works from what you give it, not from guesses.
It drafts, you decide
A suggested reply appears in the conversation. Send it, edit it, or write your own. Nothing goes out on its own unless you later choose that.
It stays in its lane
Anything it is unsure about, or anything about money or a complaint, is handed straight to a person.
You keep the record
Drafts, edits and sends are logged like any other message, so you can see what was suggested and what was actually sent.
Faster first answers
The aim is a reply in seconds during the day and a sensible holding answer after hours.
A person is still in charge
It is an assistant for your team, not a robot pretending to be one of them.
Honest about where it is at
This is not built yet. Join the waitlist and we will show you an early version before it ships, with no obligation.
AI reply agent questions
Can I use it today?
No. It is in development. Everything else on this site is live, and we would rather tell you that plainly than sell you a mock-up.
Will replies send automatically?
Not by default. The first version drafts and waits for a person. Sending without review would be a choice you make later, per message type.
What will it cost?
Not decided. Waitlist members hear first, and get to try it before anyone is charged for it.
