Text every lead the second they enquire
A form fill is a lead, and the first business to reply usually wins it. Install the free KiwiTxt plugin, connect in one click, and every submission texts the person who sent it. Their reply lands in your shared inbox, not an email nobody opens.

- Customers can reply
Switch on the events you want. Each has its own message.
Every message comes ready to use. Edit the wording any time in your portal.
Submissions with no phone number in them are listed in your activity log with the reason, so you can add a phone field to that form rather than wondering why nothing happened.
Live in four steps
Install the free plugin
Add KiwiTxt SMS for Forms to your site. It finds whichever form plugin you already use.
Click Connect

Send yourself a test
Then fill in your own form and watch it arrive.
Seven form plugins
WPForms, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Elementor, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms and Forminator.
Finds the mobile for you
Field types first, then labels like Mobile or Phone, then anything shaped like a number. Nothing to map.
Signed and opt-out aware
Every delivery is signed, and anyone who has texted STOP is skipped.
WordPress forms questions
Which form plugins does it work with?
WPForms, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Elementor Pro forms, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms and Forminator. If you run more than one, they all work at once, and you can switch any of them off.
Which field does it text?
The one that looks like a mobile. Where the form plugin says a field is a phone field, that wins. Otherwise labels like Mobile, Phone or Contact number, and failing that any value shaped like a phone number.
Can I send different texts for different forms?
Yes. Add a message with a condition, such as the form name equals Book a job, and that wording goes out only for that form.
Does it slow my forms down?
The delivery to KiwiTxt is capped at eight seconds and the text is sent from our side after that, so your form submits as fast as it does now.
Do I need a phone field on the form?
Yes, and it is worth marking it required. Without a number there is nobody to text, and those submissions are listed in your activity log.
