Text messaging for medical clinics
A clinic’s day is decided by who turns up. Reminders reduce the gaps, recalls bring people back on time, and a short "please call us" text moves a result conversation along without putting anything private in writing.
- No setup fee
- Replies come to a shared inbox
- Cancel any time
Phone tag costs reception hours a week, and every unfilled appointment is capacity a clinic cannot get back.
What medical clinics actually send
Real wording, not placeholders. Edit any of it in the portal, or start from these.
Hi Ana, your appointment at Harbour Medical is tomorrow, 11:40am. Reply here if you cannot make it.
Hi Ana, Harbour Medical here. Please give us a call when you have a moment.
Hi Ana, you are due for your annual review. Reply BOOK and we will arrange a time.
Hi Ana, we missed you this morning. Reply here and we will find another time.
How it connects to what you already use
Texts can be sent by hand from the inbox on day one. After that, connect what you already run: Integrations covers stores and payments, our free plugin covers website forms on your WordPress site, and anything else can trigger a text through Zapier or the API.
Medical clinics questions
Can we send results by text?
We would not, and nor should you: a text can be read by anyone holding the phone. Ask the patient to call, and have the conversation where it belongs.
Where is the data stored?
Message history sits in your KiwiTxt workspace, which only your seats can see. You can delete a contact and their conversation at any time.
Can different staff see different patients?
Yes. Conversations can be assigned, and an agent seat only sees the ones assigned to them.
Try it on your next week of medical clinics
Fourteen days free, no setup fee, and you can send your first text within a few minutes of signing up.
