Does moving a card always text?
Only when that column has wording on it, and you decide what each one says. Leave a column empty and cards move through it quietly. Lost is empty to start with, because nobody needs a text about being lost.
Can I rename the columns?
Yes, the names and the wording are yours. The five columns themselves are fixed, so the board works on the first afternoon rather than needing a design session.
What if they have opted out?
The card moves and no text goes, and the board tells you why. Every send on this board goes through the same checks as the rest of KiwiTxt.
Is this a CRM?
No, and deliberately not. There are no deal values, no forecasts and no reports to fill in. It is a list of people waiting to hear from you, and a way to text them.
