Your customers aren’t reading your emails
Order confirmations land in spam. Reminders sit unopened. Then the phone rings, or the customer never shows. A text gets there.
Fewer “where’s my order?” calls
Customers get a text when their order is placed, packed and on its way, so they stop ringing to ask.
Fewer no-shows
Booking confirmations and reminders arrive in the pocket, where people actually see them.
Payments fixed faster
When a card fails, the customer gets a text with the link to pay, instantly, without you chasing.

Questions, answered
How does the free trial work?
Your plan is free for the first 14 days. Texts cost 9c USD per SMS segment from the start, including during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and the plan fee is never charged.
What is an SMS segment?
A standard text holds 160 characters. Longer messages are sent in segments and joined back together on the phone. Emoji and some special characters reduce a segment to 70 characters. Most order and booking texts fit in one or two segments, and the message editor shows the count as you type.
What happens after I sign up?
We set up your KiwiTxt workspace and email your login. Log in, open Tools, connect your store or app, and your texts start going out automatically.
Do I need to be technical?
No. WooCommerce connects with one click through our free plugin, and every other tool has step-by-step instructions. If you get stuck, email us and we’ll help.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Your team shares one inbox, so anyone can read and answer customer replies.
Which countries can I text?
KiwiTxt is built for international sending. Some countries require a registered sender number before you can send; we confirm what applies to you before you go live.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your account stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Is my customers’ data safe?
Connections are signed and verified, credentials are stored encrypted, and we never sell data. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.
